Around 20 years ago at a Kraftwerk gig, the wonderful Richard Moonboots from Aficionado in Manchester gave Simon a copy of a Jose Padilla tape from one of his sets at Cafe Del Mar in the early 90s. He'd always intended to return the favour with a mix of his own but life kind of got in the way. Finally, he got around to the task, creating a mix that he wanted to fill with the energy and feel of that original cassette. A dreamy trip for sunsets far and wide.
